Returns and refunds

Your 14-day right to cancel, how to return, refunds and faulty items.

Last updated 5 November 2026

This page explains your right to cancel (change your mind), how to return an item, how refunds work and what happens if something is faulty. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after the last one arrives.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends. You can:

Sending items back

After telling us you are cancelling, send the items back within 14 days. We email you the return address with our confirmation. Please pack items securely and use a tracked service. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning it; for most countries a small parcel costs roughly the same as our delivery charge.

You may try a coat on as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn outside, washed, damaged or had its labels removed, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used to pay, in the same currency, and charge no fee. If you cancel part of an order, we refund the standard delivery cost only if the whole order is returned.

Faulty or not as described

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you are in the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can:

  • reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery;
  • after that, ask for a repair or replacement; and
  • if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, get a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund (which may be reduced for the use you have had, except within the first six months).

If you are in the EU, you have at least the two-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country. In every case we pay reasonable return costs for faulty items. Please email us a photo of the fault first so we can sort it out quickly.

What is not a fault: water passing through the printed lining, a hat’s print side or a sock (these are not water-repellent and are described that way), or slight differences in print placement between pieces, as prints are cut from a continuous roll.

Time limits for court action

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited to a fixed number of years. Separately, under the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973, a claim in the Scottish courts must generally be raised within five years. In England and Wales the equivalent period is six years. Whether goods are still expected to be of satisfactory quality after a given period depends on the type of goods, their price, and what was said about them at the point of sale.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
