Delivery

We deliver to the countries below with a tracked service. The delivery cost for your country is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay, in the same currency as your prices.

Where we deliver, costs and times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed; busy periods and customs checks can add a few days. If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will trace it, then replace or refund it if it is lost.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. We email you the tracking link when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery address

We deliver only to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully: once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. We do not offer collection in person.

Import VAT, duties and customs fees

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your parcel crosses a customs border. Import VAT, duties or customs handling fees may then be charged by your country’s customs authority or the carrier on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery costs and are paid by the recipient. They depend on the value of your order and the rules of your country; your local customs office can tell you more.

If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, it is treated as a return under your right to cancel: we refund the price of the goods, but the delivery and return costs and any charges deducted by the carrier may not be refundable.
