Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of sale for the MAVRENIO online shop.

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on mavrenio.shop. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Who we are

mavrenio.shop is run by SALEEMBA TRADE LIMITED, trading as MAVRENIO, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC908066 and registered office at 4 Ballochmyle Place, Glasgow, G53 7GQ, United Kingdom. Email support@mavrenio.shop, telephone +44 7857 708730. We are not currently registered for VAT.

2. Who can order

Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use. We deliver only to the countries listed on our Delivery page.

3. Our products

We describe each piece as accurately as we can: composition, construction, measurements, colours and, for welly socks, the number of pairs. Our rain levels (Drizzle, Showers, Downpour) describe how a piece is built; they are not laboratory ratings. Coat linings, the print side of bucket hats and welly socks are not water-repellent. Prints are cut from a continuous roll, so their placement differs slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs, and colours may look different on different screens. Clothing, boots, bags and other items shown with a product are not included unless the product page says so.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country you choose (GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or USD), with the currency code next to the order total. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order, plus the delivery cost shown before you pay. As we are not registered for VAT, no VAT is added. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import VAT, duties and customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery and are paid by the recipient. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. How the contract is made

When you click “Place order and pay”, you make an offer to buy the goods and agree to pay for them. We email you to confirm we have received your order. The contract is made when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment is not authorised; we then refund any amount taken in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement will show MAVRENIO.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days with tracking. Delivery costs and estimated times for each country are on our Delivery page. The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. How to cancel, the model cancellation form, return costs and refunds are on our Returns and refunds page. You can also cancel online with Withdraw from contract here. If we fail to tell you about your right to cancel, the cancellation period is extended by up to 12 months.

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible or does not fix the fault, a price reduction or a refund. Consumers in the EU have at least the two-year legal guarantee that applies in their country. See Returns and refunds.

Time limits for court action

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited to a fixed number of years. Separately, under the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973, a claim in the Scottish courts must generally be raised within five years. In England and Wales the equivalent period is six years. Whether goods are still expected to be of satisfactory quality after a given period depends on the type of goods, their price, and what was said about them at the point of sale.

10. Promotions and outfit sets

We do not currently run discount codes or promotions. If we do, the conditions will be shown with the offer. “Add the set to bag” adds several separately priced pieces to your bag at once; there is no bundle discount, and each piece can be returned on its own.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your account and personal data

You can order as a guest or with an account. We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.

The Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident, or to rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.

15. Complaints and consumer help

Please contact us first at support@mavrenio.shop; we reply within two working days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If you live in Scotland, free advice is available from consumeradvice.scot, funded by the Scottish Government. This service is available to Scottish residents only. If you live outside Scotland, you can contact the consumer advice body in your own country. Wherever you live, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.

If you are resident in Scotland and your claim is for £5,000 or less, you may be able to use Simple Procedure in the Sheriff Court. This is designed to be used without a solicitor.
